The KEYLEX app is an app for operating and managing keyless locks and KEYLEX manufactured and sold by Nagasawa Seisakusho.We developed it with the desire to use Keylex more conveniently in combination with the app.It is an application that functions by attaching a QR code sticker to each new or existing Keylex.Trial mode allows you to try out the app before purchasing a service sheet. Samples of Keylex and notification destinations have been registered so that you can try various functions immediately.◆ This app is recommended for those who・Multiple KEYLEX units are operated at managed facilities (offices, stores, hospitals, schools, factories, etc.).・I want to be able to see where and what keylex is installed at hand at any time.・For future maintenance, I want to record the date of installation.・I want to easily manage my Keylex PIN, and I want to stop managing it with a ledger.・I want to maintain the level of security by changing my password regularly.・If you change your PIN, you want to easily notify the relevant parties of the change, and you want to eliminate the trouble and omission of communication.◆ You can do this・You can register in the app with any name and location information for the managed Keylex.・Each data, including your PIN, is safely stored in the cloud and can be recalled at hand at any time.・Since there is no limit to the number of Keylex to be managed, it can be used even in large-scale facilities.・If you scan the QR code attached to the keylex from the app, the information of the keylex will pop up.・The app will generate a new PIN with the desired number of digits (or you can decide for yourself).・E-mail is the only requirement for sending the PIN to Keylex users.・Even if there are many users coming and going, you can edit the notification destination with the app, so you can quickly respond to staff changes.・Even if multiple keylex users are different, misdelivery is prevented by classifying users into groups.・Since the QR code is encrypted, it is useful information only for the administrator using the application.・It also supports a management system with multiple people.
